My
CSR role holds knowledge of proactive planning, co-ordination and analysis of data/information within the Order to cash
(OTC) process. My task is to develop customer satisfaction through my knowledge and use of the internal and external
network. The main responsibility is serving customers in Russia and CIS area. My customers are
pipe producers for different applications like gas, sewage, oil, and drinking water; it is my responsibility to provide them
with correct technical specifications and information of our products. I have very well adopted to work in multicultural company
and I also understand cultural issues.
Purchase Invoice Processing, ABB Oy (1/6/01-30/1/03) At the ABB Group Services Center, worked
with SAP R/3 and e-Flow invoice approval software.
